Strataco Management Ltd. has been monitoring the evolving global impact of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and keeping up to date with any Health Canada changes in protocols. The risk of contracting Covid-19 remains low at this time. However, the safety of our staff and residents is our main concern, it is important that we are all committed to following Public Health guidelines to prevent the spread of the virus at any of our managed properties.

In the meantime, cleaners and maintenance personnel have been notified to increase and prioritize all cleaning measures for touch points including door handles and push plates, light switches, elevator call buttons, intercoms, washrooms, particularly toilets, faucets and sinks, exercise equipment, furniture in common areas, railings, etc.

As a result of the COVID-19 situation, staffing at the Strataco office has been reduced as we convert to remote work stations. In the event that the province closes down offices, we will convert to full remote operations.
